About The Club

Social Outdoor Fitness Training is a club with a long tradition. For us, it's not all about serious training: we love it when our team win, but we're just as enthusiastic about our groups that simply meet for fun.

Monday: Circuit Training

This takes place in Lloyd Park. A number of exercise stations are set up using light weights and other equipment. This is combined with a multitude of repetitions for a full body work out.

Benefits: This will improve your aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, co-ordination skills and body toning leading to all round mental and physical fitness

Time: 7.30pm meet at the public club house in Lloyd park.

Wednesday: Running

Running: This takes place on and off road around the South Croydon/Shirely area. Running for between 20-40 minutes. This may be broken down into hill repetitions, distance efforts, timed distance with speed or distance with intervals of speed.

Benefits: This will improve your aerobic/threshold fitness, ebdurance and running technique not to mention that this is one of the best ways to lose those extra few pounds!!!

Time: 7pm for regulars and 8pm for beginners or back from injuries etc, meet at the public club house in Lloyd Park.
